Meet Christina

Hi my name is Christina
I'm a mom of 5 and a wife of 22 years. I have danced since I was 5 years old. I started my dance life at The Studio Upstairs with my wonderful teacher Mrs Pelusi. I danced at the studio Upstairs till I was 13. I moved to East Texas and started dance and competition team at the Academy of Dance. After a year at the Academy I moved to Susan's Dance where I finished out my high school years. I was also a member of the Huntington High Steppers at my local high school. I started my first job working at Baton Boutique in the store, sizing dance shoes and dance wear. I moved up to working at Parks and Recreation as a ballet, tap, and voice teacher. I did take a hiatus for a  few years to have our family and husband to join the United States Army. Once husband retired from the army we decided to stay in Virginia where I did start to get back into the dance world by working at a local studio.
After getting back into the studio I knew I needed to work towards my dream of a studio. I didn't think it would be possible for a few years to own my own studio. With the push and support from others that dream has become a reality and for that I am very grateful.
